Registered Support Organizations are organizations that companies that accept foreign nationals with specified skills (Specified Skills Organizations) entrust with providing support services to foreign nationals. They create and implement support plans for professional, daily, and social life so that foreign nationals can work and live stably in Japan. Role of Registered Support Organizations: Creating and implementing support plans: Specified Skills Organizations are required to create and implement support plans for foreign nationals. However, by outsourcing this work to a Registered Support Organization, they can provide appropriate support even without specialized knowledge or systems.
• Correspondence with the local immigration bureau: Registered support organizations will report on the status of support and correspond with the local immigration bureau as necessary.
• Implementation of mandatory and voluntary support:
Registered support organizations provide transportation upon entry, housing, etc.
In addition to mandatory support, such as securing housing and contract support necessary for daily life, we also provide optional support.
⚫Type of registered support organization:
A variety of individuals and organizations can register as registration support organizations, including private companies, social security workers, administrative scriveners, and industry associations.
⚫︎Specified Skilled Worker:
This is one of the residence statuses established by Japan to make up for the serious labor shortage. It specifically recognizes foreign workers with a certain level of specialized knowledge and skills in 12 industries, including nursing care, construction, and agriculture. The system aims to secure human resources who can immediately contribute to the Japanese labor market, and requires applicants to pass a skills test and a Japanese language proficiency test

⚫︎Type of residence status:
• Specified Skilled Worker No. 1: This is a status of residence for foreigners who are engaged in skilled work that requires considerable knowledge and experience .
• Specified Skilled Worker No. 2: This is a residence status for foreigners who work in jobs that require skilled skills .
⚫︎Features:
• They are required to be able to perform certain tasks as immediate assets without receiving special training or development . Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 has a total period of stay of five years, while Specified Skilled Worker No. 2 allows for longer stays.
